403 Forbidden Error

Usually caused by:

• Incorrect file permissions

• Missing index file

Fix:

• Set folders to 755

• Set files to 644

• Make sure index.php or index.html exists

500 Internal Server Error

Common causes:

• Broken .htaccess

• PHP errors

• Wrong permissions

Try:

• Rename .htaccess to test

• Check Error Logs in DirectAdmin
